He has rubbished this report and told the fans that someone is deliberately spreading hatred against the film.
He wrote in his tweet that he is shocked that so much fake and negative news for ‘Brahmastra’ is being spread on social media and internet. He is confused whether all these people are doing it in a mindless manner or some people are deliberately spreading hatred against this film. Further he also said, ‘I can now confirm that PVR has done business of Rs 8.18 crore at the box office from ‘Brahmastra’ on the very first day itself. He further named the films that have done well in the first day collections, which include films like Sooryavanshi, Gangubai Kathiabari, RRR and KGF Chapter 2.
Will cross 100 crore mark on weekend?
This film of Ayan Mukerji has been made in a budget of 410 crores. In such a situation, for this film to be a hit, it is also necessary to do a good collection.
